| After scoring incredibly high on the Genius Institute Test, seven year old Jeff was immediately transferred to Hawking University so that his remarkable intelligence could be fully realized. After destroying much of the Engineering School in a failed rocket experiment, he was sent back to second grade. After destroying much of his elementary school in another failed rocket experiment, Jeff was home schooled. Many explosions later, Jeff found a home for his genius in the mail room of The Associated Legion of Justice Defenders. | ||
